All the beauty and functionality of the carbon steel Sonora Large Frying Pan, but with an added hand-forged pineapple-twist helper handle riveted to the rim opposite the straight handle.

Sonora Pan w/ handle

This was a gift for my mother. She absolutely loves it. She said that it is as good if not better than her seasoned cast iron. I can't wait to use it the next time we cook together. This is a beautiful piece.

Great Carbon steel pan

After about a week of use I love this pan the quality is great and it does not spin on my flat electric cooktop! Could not recommend any more! I want to get the XL next.

So Pretty She's Afraid to Use it!

I ordered the Sonora Large Pan w/ Helper Handle as a Christmas present for my wife. The website pictures are great, but you will marvel at the finish and workmanship when you hold it in your hand. She has trepidations about putting heat to it, but I'm fine if she doesn't as it's truly a piece of art. Totally her call. So in my view, you can't wrong with a purchase, since it's fully functional as well. It's definitely an heirloom piece that can be handed down through generations.
