Great skillets!

I have both the large and now the smaller skillet and would recommend them both. It’s truly a pleasure to cook with such a beautiful tool!

Very pleased.

The pan has met all expectations, first carbon steel pan and I am loving it. The pre seasoning should not be overlooked, this helps beginners a lot. Well made pan, good heft and good feel with the handle. Frying eggs without sticking to the pan at all with no problem. Make sure you heat pan properly and use appropriate amount of fat to coat pan and eggs are delicious. Omelettes are just as easy. If you aren’t sure, buy one. Realize that you need to wipe out pan after each use and make sure very thin coating of seasoning remains and you are good to go for next use.

Still in trial stage (had < 1 month)

Overall I am impressed. I like the weight, the feel of the handle (stays cool enough use bare handed). My only complaint is that some of the seasoning came off after cooking a small sirloin steak. Really no big deal; its just not a "pretty" as the rest of the pan. This is a keeper. Happy with purchase.
