With a short hand-forged handle, gently sloping sidewalls and hammered texture, our small carbon steel Sonora pan is an extremely versatile utensil for any kitchen. Fantastic for omelets, vegetables, and single meat cuts.

My beautiful Sonoma Small Pan

How funny that I got this note today because I was just making a little video of my new Pan. I’ll be posting it on instagram soon and I’ll tag you. In a nutshell, I love my new pan and I cannot wait to use it. It is just how you advertised it. It is a beautiful piece. I do my best to buy only one of a kind pieces and this one is one of them. Your package arrived on time and I particularly loved how the pan came in a lovely bag which I’ll be using it too…... Nice pan. Nice design

Completely satisfied with this pan. Nice design, handle feels good, great balance. This pan has good workmanship and I am still learning the pan but it cooks well and will just improve with more use. I have a couple of reservation on the large one I purchased but his one is prefect for my needs
