Solidly made

These pans are quite sturdy gorgeous to behold. But they rust with each use making seasoning them near impossible and quite overwhelming.

Hey there, Lenny. I'm sorry you're having issues with rust. Have you followed the upkeep instructions carefully? If you are seasoning with oil after every use, you should not see oxidation happening. I'm including the care instructions here: 'Wipe clean and heat 1 tsp. of olive oil in pan after using. Take care, oil is hot and can cause injury! If desired, wipe sides and handle of pan. If cooking results in residue, soak in hot water and wipe with gentle kitchen abrasive. Avoid soap, as it can strip the seasoning. Hand-wash only. Pan will change color over time.' Please let us know if you have any questions. Feel free to call us as well! (805) 965-7111. If we don't pick up, we are on the floor - just leave a message and we'll get back to you. Lastly, here's a link to a video that should help you with care. Please give it a watch and let us know if you have any questions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ashles66IA8

Carbon Steel pan

It was for my wife , she is a chef and it is hard to find something in that field that she doesn’t have or just thinks it’s not good. But with this pan she is very happy and said that the craftsmanship is immaculate.

Absolutely Beautiful

Incredible workmanship in every detail. Almost too pretty to cook in. Almost.
A little disappointed in the complete absence of any use/maintenance instructions. Couldn’t even find any on the website.

Beautiful, cooks extremely well, cleans easily.

Absolutely worth the money to get something handmade and made to last. My only issue is the pan rocks a little bit when heated, it would benefit from a mil or two thicker steel. Other than that, I love everything about it!
